Classic is so convinced of the superiority of their metal roofing systems; they back up their products with a lifetime limited warranty for the original owner and a 40-year transferable warranty for all future owners.

Hail Guarantee: Softball-Size Hail

Classic Country Manor Shakes have passed the UL 2218 Impact Resistance Test at its most severe level, Class IV. With this type of protection, homeowners with Classic Metal Roof are able to receive insurance discounts.

Wind Guarantee:

The Classic Country Manor Shake has passed wind and uplift tests including UL 580: a rigorously demanding test of roofing materials that simulates wind speeds over 120 miles per hour. Thanks to our four-way interlocking system, we passed the performance requirements of areas like Dade County, FL and other hurricane-prone regions.

Warranty Transfer:

Warranty may be transferred by the Original Property Owner(s) to a subsequent owner(s) of the property as a 40-year non-prorated warranty.

Country Manor Shake Limited Lifetime Warranty

Country Manor Shake Shingle aluminum roofing and accessories (the “Products”) are manufactured by Classic Metal Roofing Systems, Inc. (a.k.a. Classic Metal Roofing Systems) in accordance with high standards of engineering skills, and are quality controlled through every stage of production.

This warranty remains in effect for as long as the owner(s) continues to live on the property. In the event that there is more than one original property owner, this limited lifetime warranty (this “Warranty”) will remain in effect as long as one of the original property owners is living and owns an interest in the property to which the Products were applied.

This Warranty is transferable by the original property owner(s) to subsequent owner(s) of the property. In the event of transfer of this Warranty, the warranty period extends 40 years from the Products’ installation.
